Before School Care – 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.:.is available to Elementary Students.
After School Care -3 p.m. to 6 p.m.: is available to Elementary Students.
Note: Parents who are interested, please pick up an application at front desk and complete the registration process as soon as possible with Ms. Anali.
LUNCH SCHEDULE:
Kindergarten, Grade1, & Grade 2: 11:10 a.m.
Grade 3, Grade 4, and Grade 5: 11:40 a.m.
Grade 6-12: 12:25 p.m.
If you are sending and/or dropping lunch please make sure you do it 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Order lunch Online using EZ app or send home lunch in a cordless thermos and/or a lunch box.

Phyl’s Academy is using EZ School Apps for school lunch. The cost for lunch is as follows:
- Preschool and Kindergarten- $6.00
- 1st to 12th – $7.00
- THERE WILL BE NO SAME DAY/LATE LUNCH ORDERS
- Please place your orders by the deadlines each week
Here are 2 ways to access the program:
1) Log onto the website www.EZschoolapps.com
2) Visit school website www.Phylsprep.com and click the “Order Lunch” button
Here are some reminders when utilizing the school’s lunch program
- The Lunch menu will close every Sunday at Midnight for the upcoming week
- No food delivery will be allowed, only parents can drop off lunch (No Uber Eats, Door Dash, Postmates, Etc.)
- Please do not manually enter your child’s information in the system, simply search for their name. All children have already been entered in the system along with a unique id number
- When you put funds in your account, please make sure you select the food items as well. Your child’s name will not show up on the daily list unless you have selected a lunch item for that day.
- If you don’t order your child lunch, PLEASE PLEASE send them with lunch.
- Please remember lunch is preordered and catered daily
- If you need assistance setting up your account, please call the front desk
Please adhere to the following elementary arrival & dismissal guidelines:
- Drop Off & Pick Up Point:
- Elementary- East Gate
- Upper School (Middle/High)- West Gate
- Arrival/Drop off at: 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
- Dismissal or Pick Up at : 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Pick up and Drop off Guidelines:
- Parents must drop their children and/or pick up their children at the students designated entrance only.
- Speed limit 5 miles or less.
- Always yield to the incoming traffic.
- Make sure your child is ready for drop off (bag/lunch) so the line can move smoothly in a timely manner.
- Please do not use cell phone and/or play loud music during pickup or drop off to create a positive and a safe environment.
- Do not park and walk to pick up your child or drop your child.
- Please stay in the car lane in your car to pick up your child
- If you have to drop supplies or have a meeting with a staff member/teacher please park your car in the parking area and use the main entrance.
Please see the current uniform guidelines in the attached link. Students must be in full uniform Monday – Friday. On Fridays, students are allowed to wear their blue Phyl’s Academy T-shirt.
